Lowell S. Gustafson is a Professor of Political Science at Villanova University. He earned a PhD in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia, published The Sovereignty Dispute over the Falkland (Malvinas) Islands with Oxford University Press, and other edited books and articles. He served as chair of the Department of Political Science and as an Associate Dean at Villanova. He is the Secretary of the International Big History Association.
