Donald Braxton
Bio
Donald M. Braxton is the J Omar Good Professor of Religious Studies at Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. Braxton teaches and publishes in the areas of evolutionary theories of religion. His recent work has been on violence and the jealous god inheritance of the Abrahamic monotheisms. He delivered a new paper on complexity theory and the design inference at the American Academy of Religion in November. His next project is on animal territoriality and the human construction of sacred space.
