Kenneth Fuchsman
Bio
Kenneth Fuchsman is Assistant Extension Professor at the University of Connecticut, where he teaches interdisciplinary studies. From 2000 to 2005, he was Executive Program Director of the Bachelor of General Studies program at the University of Connecticut, and also taught history at the University for thirteen years. His doctorate is from an intertdisicplinary program in Social and Philosophical Foundations of Education from Rutgers University. Dr. Fuchsman’s research interest are in interdisciplinary studies, psychohistory, general education, the history of psychoanalysis, the Oedipus complex, and the nature of war and its impact on combatants. He is married with three sons and lives in Torrington, Connecticut.
