Nicholas Capaldi is the McFarlin Endowed Professor of Philosophy and Research Professor of Law at the University of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He presently teaches in the departments of Philosophy & Religion and Political Science, as well as the Law School. His principal research and teaching interest is in public policy and its intersection with philosophy, religion, law, and economics.
