Richard Epstein
Bio
Richard G. Epstein is a Professor of Computer Science at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He received his doctorate in Computer and Information Sciences from Temple University in 1988. His interests include software engineering, computer ethics, the social and spiritual implications of computing, and computer security.
Epstein has written numerous short stories and plays about the future of technology, with an emphasis on its spiritual and moral implications. Epstein’s novel, The Case of the Killer Robot (Wily and Sons, 1997), has been translated for the web distribution into Danish, Italian, and Portuguese.
