Press Registration
Working reporters (staff or freelance), public information officers, journalism professors and students will receive complimentary registration to the 2006 Metanexus Annual Conference: Continuity + Change. You will be welcomed after you provide the following credentials.
Please fax credentials to (215) 789 – 2222, and include cover sheet indicating desire to register as press. If your request for a press pass is approved, you will receive an email message from Julia Loving, Director of Communications, usually within a week.
Reporters
- A business card clearly showing your media affiliation and position, or a current recognized press card distributed by a media outlet
OR - A recent bylined article written by you.
Public Information Officers
- A business card clearly showing your position (e.g. communications officer, editor, writer, public affairs director, public information specialist)
OR - Recent materials distributed to the press (news releases, media advisories or tip sheets on which you are listed as the contact)
Journalism Professors and Journalism Students
Metanexus welcomes journalism professors and students!
Accepted credentials for journalism professors:
- Journalism professors must send in advance a letter on official letterhead certifying that they are attending the conference in order to accompany students as part of a class activity.
- Journalism students must send in advance, or present on-site, a letter on official letterhead from their professor, certifying that they are attending the conference as part of a journalism class activity with their registration.
