Boguslawa Lewandowska
Bio
Boguslawa Lewandowska is a Philosophy lecturer at the Institute of Fundamental Technological Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw, she works also as information sciences specialist and a head of research library at the institute. She completed her master level study in Information Sciences at the Department of History of the Warsaw University. She is also graduated (with honor) from the Collegium of World Economy of the Warsaw School of Economics and obtained S.T.L. degree (with ‘summa cum laude’) from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw. She was a Ph.D. student in Literature and Slavic Studies at the Polish Academy of Sciences, as well as in Philosophy and Theology at the C.S.W. University in Warsaw. She obtained her Ph.D. in Philosophical Theology at the C.S.W. University in Warsaw (2002). She received two awards from the Polish Government (1995, 1996), she was also the French Government scholar (2001). She has been a PostDoc/visiting scholar at the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, CA (Semester of 2007/2008) and at the University of California, Berkeley (2008, 2009). She has been working on her postdoctoral thesis in Philosophical Theology. She serves as the chair of the Metanexus Institute LSI in Warsaw.
